| Dear Colleagues, |

It is a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 12th Danube-Kris-Mures-Tisa (DKMT) Conference on Food, Environment and Health that will be held this year in Novi Sad, Serbia on 14th and 15th of September. The DKMT Regional Conferences are traditionally being held in Romania, Serbia and Hungary since 1999 and proved to be a very successful way for scientists and researchers to exchange their ideas about the influence food and environment have on health, as well as to present results of their research to interested audience. This is the second time the conference is organized by the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Novi Sad, Serbia. The conference will be joined with the 1st CEFSER Workshop, which represents a part of planned activities within the FP7 project CEFSER (GA 229629), giving participating researchers an opportunity to have an insight on how strengthening of research potential is made possible through EC funded projects. |

The joined DKMT Conference and the CEFSER Workshop will serve as a forum for the exchange of know-how and experience, as well as a chance for the elaboration of new ideas for research projects. |

The venue of the Conference is at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Bulevar Cara Lazara 1, Novi Sad, Serbia. Participants interested in giving an oral or a poster presentation should indicate it in the REGISTRATION FORM, and follow the INSTRUCTIONS for abstracts and oral presentations, both included on separate sheets. A CD, with final program and abstracts of the presentations, will be handed to all registered participants. |

The best poster presentations of young scientists will be awarded by 50 € for 1st place, 30 € for 2nd and 20 € for the 3rd place. |
